Another promo vid from HBO, apparently Eric thinks he owns Miss Sookie? So does this mean we all finally get to see some action between the two other than a weird sloppy kiss? I know that would make a lot of fans happy! Or maybe they'll surprise us and put her with Alcide? Who knows at this point, we all know they don't like to follow the books exactly.

Because Alex seems to be on a lot of covers lately, not that I'll complain! Here is a little peek at his 'Interview' shoot and actual interview. He definitely seems to be channelling Eric in the photos. So if you need your fill of Alex before June 26th go to your local book store and pick up this up and GQ ;)
"SKARSGÅRD: Awesome, because I do bring that stuff with me everywhere. I always have a carry-on bag with my rubber fangs and my black cape. BUTLER: [laughs] How burned out are you being a vampire? Or do you still love it? SKARSGÅRD: No, I still love it. I think the writing on the show is so good that it keeps me interested. I was nervous when I first started True Blood because if you do a play or a movie, you know the complete arc of the character. You can see the end. But with a show like True Blood, you don’t know what’s going to happen. We’re shooting season four, and I don’t even know how it’s going to end because they write it as we’re shooting it. So I was nervous. I didn’t know how it would be to live with a character for years, because I’ve never experienced that before. What happens if you wake up after two years, and you’re like, “Oh, God. I’m over this guy”? But the writing is so good, and they keep surprising me. Plus, we only shoot for six or seven months out of the year, so there is time to try other things as well. That gives me a chance to not only go home and see my family, but also work on movies or do a play where I can dive into a different world and then come back to True Blood kind of rejuvenated." SOURCE Yesssssssss. We finally have some Official promo posters released! All thanks to Seat42F.com. Personally this is my favourite because it shows all the love options Miss Sookie has these days ;) I will definitely be curious who they pair her up with mostly this season. Although, I would prefer they stick more to the books and have her hook up with Eric a bunch. If you want to see the other posters featuring Pam, Sam, Tara and LaFayette CLICK HERE Well the fine folks at HBO have set up a new network to have fun and connect with other fans until the premiere on June 26th! click the image above if you dare... HBO has released yet another great promo for next months Season 4 debut. This time the vamps are doing some PR work it seems for the fall out of Russell Edington's freak out. Will it work though? Someone how I doubt it by the looks of thing. And what on earth has poor Jason Stackhouse gotten mixed up in with people of Hot ShotThe world of True Blood always has something freaky going on.. Alright, ladies and gentlemen. Don't forget to pick up your copy of GQ this month on May 24th, because our favourite blond viking is gracing the cover. Some of the photos have leaked all over tumblr and they are quite spicy I must say. So if you're a major Alexander Skarsgard fan like myself, you should definitely pick it up. The juxtaposition of him on True Blood as cold, pretty with how rugged and manly he seems to be in real life is quite interesting. (And shows what good acting, make-up can do these days!) Ok, I'll shut up and wait to drool later when I can get a copy..
SOURCE They were right, this Season the pain in the butt will be witches in Bon Temps and Shreveport. Definitely should be fun to watch this Summer. I can't wait to meet a new side of Eric Northman as he suffers with amnesia at Sookie's side.. So take a peek at another teaser by HBO... HBO released the Official trailer for Season 4! (thank you to the reminder in my inbox) Just around 5 weeks and we get to have our blood thirst on. Are you ready? I know I've been ready since last Season ended hehe. But Ummmm what the heck did Bill do to his hair? Is he rebelling hard with the new punky look? I'm definitely interested in what the heck is going on there among many other things. The Los Angeles Times is reporting that Charlaine Harris has reached 1 million Kindle Ebooks sold! That's so amazing for her! But then again I'm not really surprised, her books have always been very good and with the television series doing so well a lot more people are giving them a read.
"Novelist Charlaine Harris has become the fourth author to sell 1 million ebooks for the Kindle. Harris is best known for her Sookie Stackhouse series; the books are the basis of the HBO television show "True Blood." Steig Larsson crossed the 1-million Kindle ebook mark first, followed by James Patterson, Nora Roberts and now Harris, Amazon announced Wednesday. "When Amazon first unveiled the Kindle three and a half years ago, I would never have expected to be one of the first handful of authors in the Kindle Million Club," Harris said in Amazon's news release. "It's been an amazing few years for myself and the Kindle both, but even more so to have my books available to my readers in ways that just a few years ago would have seemed as fantastic as vampires coming out of the coffin." In July of last year, Amazon announced that five authors had crossed the half-million Kindle ebook sales mark; each of these authors appeared on that list. The only one of the five who hasn't yet sold 1 million Kindle ebooks is Stephenie Meyer, author of the "Twilight" series. The most popular Kindle ebook authors, interestingly, are working in different genres -- Patterson pens thrillers, Larsson wrote mysteries, Roberts writes romance and Harris treads in urban fantasy. What they all share is that they're writing a number of novels. Although Larsson's output won't continue -- he died in 2004 -- the others are all prolific writers who can produce new books for their faithful readers. In Harris' case, that might mean moving on to a new series. In February, Harris said she was only planning to write two more Sookie Stackhouse novels." SOURCE HBO released the first promo for Season 4 and although it lacks any sneak peaks or speaking. The emotion coming from each character is quite strong for their current circumstance. Seriously, guys time is getting closer and closer! Can't wait to see what's in store for our favourite residents of Bon Temps. |
