I loved watching actor Sam Trammell play against himself as Sam and Luna AS a shifted Sam. It's not the first time he's had to play someone in Sam's body. But he is so good at making it funny, entertaining without too cheesy. You definitely got the feeling that was Luna in that body with his/her body language and way of talking. Hopefully she will be on the mend in the next episode after switching back and blowing chunks. Yuck.
Was I the only one surprised that Bill was the vampire to go with Russell and them all with the anti-mainstreaming, devouring? Seemed like something Eric would have done back in the day and not trying to figure a way out of it all. Maybe his experience with Sookie last Season really helped change him for the better? Although Bill has been feeding and helped them come up with a plan to destroy mainstreaming etc. I can't help but think this is some sort of plan he's going along with to bring it all to an end by the finale? Or I'm completely wrong and he's truly gone off the deep end and decided he cares nothing for humanity. Either way I'm enjoying seeing the juxtaposition of Bill being the bad guy and Eric the once with a conscience.
Poor Sookie really messed things up with herself by getting her Fairy cousins help her find out who murdered her parents for a sniff of her blood. Only to connect with the vampire and be on his feeding radar by the end of it. I am very curious to see who the new vamp after Sookie is going to be since they've really tried to cover his face by all means. Are we going to be surprised by a familiar actor joining the True Blood frenzy or is it going to be a character we've seen before? But this episode has left me wanting more, more and I can't believe we're more than half way through the Season. Why does it have to go by so fast?
